Shipping Policy
Shipping day is Friday. All orders made after 12pm on Tuesday will be sent in the following weeks Friday Run.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.Â
All items are shipped via Australia Post.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 - 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Â
Our in-store pickup hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30-3:30pm
Friday: 7:30-1pm
(Closed public holidays. Please check with us prior if you are unsure)
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries only:
New Zealand
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ozwheels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ozwheels.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Any lost or missing parcel claims must be made within 60 days of the parcel being picked up by the courier. If you have not contacted us within 60 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
